The Custom Offroad 3mm Bash Plate Kit HiLux N80 2016+ 63867 is designed to protect the underbody of a Toyota HiLux N80 2016 onward from impacts on rough terrain. Built from a minimum 3mm stainless steel, the 2 piece kit covers the front and sump areas that are most exposed to rocks, ruts, tree roots and debris on rocky tracks, coastal trails and bush routes, replacing the thinner standard factory plates. Stainless steel construction also gives strong resistance to rust and corrosion, including from saltwater exposure on beach driving.
Custom Offroad bash plates use a slim design for maximum clearance without any vehicle modifications, bolting to the existing mounting holes and working with bull bars that retain the factory plate mounts. This kit includes a diff drop, which helps bring CV angles back closer to factory specification. Designed and made in Australia, the kit is built to withstand repeated impacts and help extend the life of underbody components on a HiLux used for off-road driving.
