The Century ISS Active Stop/Start Car Battery DIN65LH EFB 650CCA is a 70Ah Enhanced Flooded Battery (EFB) built for passenger vehicles fitted with idle stop-start systems.
Enhanced Flooded Battery (EFB) technology delivers twice the cycling performance of a conventional flooded battery, supporting the frequent engine stop and restart cycles of urban and stop-start driving. The sealed, maintenance-free design needs no topping up, while a flame arrestor and carry handles support safe handling and under-bonnet safety.
Measuring 275 x 175 x 190mm and weighing 18.40kg, the DIN65LH EFB uses a DIN65 group size with side/end hold down and a C polarity terminal layout, suiting the European-style DIN battery tray fitment common to many passenger cars. It replaces equivalents including Bosch LN3-EFB, Varta N70 and Supercharge MF66HEF. After fitting, the vehicle's battery management system may need to be reset or the new battery registered for the stop-start system to operate correctly.
