The Castrol Transmax ATF Heavy Duty 20L 3377654 is a heavy duty automatic transmission fluid approved against the Allison TES 389 specification for trucks and off-highway equipment. It is also approved against Volvo Transmission Oil 97341 and meets Volvo Transmission Oil 97340, Ford Mercon and Dexron-IIIH requirements, covering a wide range of older heavy duty automatic transmissions.

Transmax ATF Heavy Duty is formulated with optimised seal compatibility to meet Allison TES 389 requirements, helping protect transmission seals over the fluid's service life. A viscosity index of 172 helps maintain oil film protection in hot operating conditions, while a pour point of -42°C keeps the fluid flowing during cold starts.

Transmax ATF Heavy Duty suits Allison and Volvo heavy duty automatic transmissions fitted to trucks, buses and off-highway construction equipment that specify the TES 389, Volvo 97341 or Volvo 97340 fluid requirements.
