The Carbon Offroad MegaPro Winch Hook Red is designed as a strong, practical connection point for demanding off-road recovery. Forged and heat-treated 40Cr alloy construction supports use with winches rated up to 20,000lb. Its I-beam design reduces unnecessary weight while maintaining recovery strength and durability. The red powdercoat finish provides UV and corrosion protection for exposure to sun, rain, mud and salt spray.
The quick-connect gate allows soft shackles and tree protectors to be attached without a conventional steel hook connection. This can simplify recovery preparation when working in mud, on steep tracks or around difficult recovery points. The hook can be stowed flat or end-on against the fairlead, providing flexible positioning when the winch is not in use. This dual-stow design helps keep the recovery setup organised between uses.
