The Car Builders Troopcarrier 78 Sound Deadening Pack is a complete acoustic and thermal insulation kit engineered to fit the Toyota Land Cruiser Troopcarrier 78 Series floor plan. Machine pre-cut Mass Noise Liner eliminates templating and measuring, saving hours of work—every panel arrives sized and ready to apply straight from the box.
The pack comprises 4 boxes (7.2 sq/m) of butyl-based stage 1 sound deadener for the firewall, front floor pan, under-seat areas, inner quarter panels, rear wheel arches and door skins, plus 2 boxes (3.6 sq/m) for the roof skin at minimum 50% coverage to control resonance. Pre-cut Mass Noise Liner then covers the foot wells, transmission tunnel, under-seat zones and rear cargo area as a stage 2 barrier. The stage 1 sound deadener uses a peel-and-stick construction with a hard-wearing aluminium top layer—no heat or extra adhesive required, bonding firmly for the life of the vehicle.
An installation kit is included: application roller, utility knife, foil tape, stubby holder and bottle opener, so you have everything needed to start the job straight away.
