The Car Builders Single Cab Standard Pack - 4X4SCP2BLK is a complete sound deadening and thermal insulation solution for your cabin. This kit covers the floor pan, roof, doors and rear firewall with layers of acoustic and thermal foam, quieting your cabin and protecting against road noise, wind whistle and external temperature extremes.
The system comprises 3 boxes of Stage 1 Sound Deadener (5.4 sq/m) installed on the floor, roof, doors and rear firewall; 2 boxes of 10mm waterproof underlay (3.6 sq/m) that blocks moisture penetration under the floor and rear wall; and 1 sheet of 6mm Insul-Layer lightweight closed-cell foam applied to the roof skin to soften inbound sound and create a thermal barrier. A 1m × 2m black four-way stretch carpet piece is cut to shape and glued to the rear wall interior using the included premium spray adhesive, providing a finished appearance and additional damping.
Installation is fully supported by a complete tool kit containing an application roller, utility knife, foil tape and accessories — everything needed to fit the pack across your single cab without additional equipment.
