The Car Builders Single Cab Premium Pack - 4X4SCP4DGR is a complete sound and thermal treatment system engineered for single cab utility vehicles. It combines layered deadening, premium carpet and a full installation toolkit in one integrated kit.
The system stacks complementary layers: Stage 1 Sound Deadener (3 boxes, 5.4 sq m) adheres to floor pan, roof, doors and rear firewall; Stage 2 Mass Noise Liner (2 sheets, 3 sq m) covers the entire floor pan as a premium underlay barrier; and 12mm Acoustic Liner (1 box, 1.7 sq m) seals the rear firewall. The 6mm Insul-Layer closed-cell foam (1.3 sq m) glues to the roof skin to soften inbound sound and create a thermal barrier against external heat. Dark grey four way stretch carpet (1 m × 2 m) cuts to shape and glues in place with included premium spray adhesive for a finished interior. Installation kit provides application roller, utility knife, foil tape, stubby holder, bottle opener and all adhesives required.
