The Car Builders Sound Deadening 4x4 Wagon Standard Pack 4X4SHRT1 is a complete floor pan solution. This pack combines three layers of acoustic and thermal treatment for Nissan Patrol shorty, Ford Maverick, Suzuki Jimny, and Jeep Wrangler models, reducing road noise and heat transfer through the floor pan and rear cargo area for a quieter, more refined interior without a full custom build.
Two boxes (3.6 sq/m) of Stage 1 Sound Deadener go directly onto the floor pan and rear wheel arches to damp panel vibration at the source. On top of that, two boxes (3.6 sq/m) of 10mm closed-cell waterproof carpet underlay peel and stick into place to replicate factory underlay, add a layer of thermal insulation, and keep moisture out. One sheet (1.5 sq/m) of Mass Noise Liner — a dense mass loaded vinyl laminated to a closed-cell waterproof backing — installs in the rear cargo area directly onto the sheet metal as a removable sound blanket to block low-frequency road and exhaust noise. Everything you need to get started is included in the install kit: application roller, utility knife, aluminium foil tape, stubby holder and bottle opener.
