The Car Builders Land Cruiser 76 Series Wagon Floor Pan Sound Deadening Pack – LCWGN1 is a vehicle-specific acoustic insulation system designed to reduce road noise and heat transfer. Pre-cut and sized for the Land Cruiser 76 Series Wagon, the pack targets the floor pan, firewall, inner quarter panels, rear wheel arches and cargo area in a single purchase.
Three boxes of stage 1 sound deadener (5.4 sq/m) lay the foundation, applied directly to bare sheet metal across the floor pan, firewall, inner quarter panels and rear wheel arches for maximum noise control. Four sheets of mass noise liner complete the system: three sheets (4.5 sq/m) cover the carpet area through to the rear cargo zone—a 2-in-1 closed cell thermal underlay bonded to a heavy-weight mass loaded vinyl layer that matches the dense sound barrier construction found in luxury vehicles. Carpet installs directly on top with no additional underlay required. The fourth sheet (1.5 sq/m) is a removable sound blanket applied directly to sheet metal in the rear cargo area. An install kit containing an application roller, utility knife, foil tape, stubby holder and bottle opener is included so the job can be started straight away.
