The Car Builders Land Cruiser 76 Wagon Sound Deadening Pack LCWGN2 is a vehicle-specific sound deadening and thermal insulation kit designed to reduce road noise and heat transfer throughout the cabin of the 76 Series Land Cruiser Wagon. The pack suits both original and facelift 76 Series models and covers the floor pan, firewall, inner quarter panels, rear wheel arches, door skins and rear cargo area with pre-measured materials for a straightforward DIY install.
The pack includes 5.4 sq/m of Stage 1 Sound Deadener for the floor, firewall, inner quarter panels, rear wheel arches and door skins, plus 6.0 sq/m of Mass Noise Liner. Three sheets (4.5 sq/m) cover the carpet area through to the rear cargo zone — carpet installs directly on top with no extra underlay needed. The fourth sheet (1.5 sq/m) is a removable sound blanket applied direct to the sheet metal in the rear cargo area; no Stage 1 Sound Deadener should be placed underneath this layer. The Mass Noise Liner is a 2-in-1 product combining a closed cell thermal waterproof underlay with a heavy weight mass loaded vinyl — the same type of dense sound transmission barrier found in luxury vehicles.
An install kit is included with every pack, containing an application roller, utility knife, roll of foil tape, a Car Builders stubby holder and bottle opener.
