Stage 1 sound deadener applies to hard surfaces to kill road and engine noise, while 10mm waterproof underlay under the carpet replicates factory protection and cuts heat transfer. Acoustic liner on the rear firewall absorbs vibration, and Insul-Layer foam seals the roof. The included 1m × 2m four-way stretch carpet in black glues down with supplied spray adhesive for a finished look. Installation kit with roller, knife, foil tape and accessories makes the job faster and keeps the work manageable.
