This comprehensive system combines multiple layers of acoustic treatment: 5 boxes of Stage 1 sound deadener for floor pan, firewall, roof and door skins; 3 sheets of mass noise liner for carpet underlay; 1 box of 12mm acoustic foam for the rear firewall; and 3 sheets of Insul-Layer for the roof skin. Together these materials absorb engine and road noise, reduce vibration and insulate against heat.
A 1m × 2m four way stretch carpet in light grey with premium spray adhesive delivers a finished interior appearance, and the complete install kit supplies everything needed to begin: application roller, utility knife, foil tape and even a stubby holder and bottle opener to make build day more enjoyable.
