The Car Builders Dual Cab Premium XL Pack integrates five sound deadening technologies to turn a working ute into a refined touring cabin. Five boxes of Stage 1 Sound Deadener apply to floor pan, rear firewall, roof and door skins, while three sheets of Mass Noise Liner—a premium carpet underlay—covers the entire floor pan from front to rear firewall as a sound barrier. One box of Acoustic Liner adds 12mm of flexible foam to the rear firewall, and three sheets of Insul-Layer create a combined sound and heat barrier across the roof skin.
The pack includes the black four way stretch carpet (1m × 2m) with premium spray adhesive to finish the rear wall, plus a complete install kit with application roller, utility knife, foil tape and accessories. Total material coverage spans 7.2 square metres of Sound Deadener, 3.8 square metres of Noise Liner, 1.7 square metres of Acoustic Liner and 2.66 square metres of Insul-Layer, designed for larger dual cab models including Ford Ranger, Dodge Ram and Chevrolet Silverado.
