The Bowden's Own Black Box Trim Restore Kit restores sun-faded black plastic trim to a deep, mid-sheen finish. It covers bumpers, side skirts, mirrors, and windscreen cowls, making them look like new OEM parts. The kit includes every item needed for prep, application, and final buffing, plus a step-by-step instructional guide.
Start with the 125ml Flash Prep spray to strip away old waxes, silicones and oils so Mr Black can bond properly to the plastic surface. The 250ml bottle of Mr Black, a silicone-free trim restorer, is then worked in with one of the two Black Apps dual-layer foam applicators using overlapping strokes. For tight panel gaps, under wiper blades or around indicator lenses, the included foam brush gets into spaces a sponge cannot reach. Once applied, use the Dark Deeds microfibre cloth to buff away any excess and level the finish. Two nitrile gloves in sizes M and XL keep hands clean throughout.
