The Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface to suit Volkswagen Crafter CHVW18C is engineered to let you fit an aftermarket head unit while keeping your factory steering wheel controls. Designed for Volkswagen Crafter (2017-on) vehicles, it is fitted with a vehicle specific plug that connects directly into the existing wiring, so no cutting of the factory wiring harness is required. The interface is CANBUS compatible and provides output feeds for reverse trigger, park brake and speed pulse.
Steering wheel control functions require a compatible aftermarket head unit and an SWC patch lead, sold separately, to complete the connection. Installation is simplified further when paired with the optional Aerpro APP9 Headunit Secondary ISO Harness & SWC Patch Lead, which connects between the head unit and the Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface.
