The Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Harness, CHBM12C lets you fit an aftermarket headunit while keeping your factory steering wheel controls. Engineered for various BMW models fitted with MOST 25 amplified sound systems, it connects via a vehicle specific plug without cutting the factory wiring harness. The interface is CANBUS and fibre optic compatible and provides output feeds for reverse trigger, park brake, speed pulse, illumination and telephone mute.
A yellow constant power cable wires directly to the vehicle battery, and the harness retains the MOST 25 OEM amplified system when the aftermarket headunit has RCA pre-outs. An SWC patch lead (sold separately) is required to enable steering wheel control functions, and pairing with the Aerpro APP9 Secondary ISO Harness and SWC Patch Lead simplifies installation further.
