The Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Harness to suit Saab 9-3 9-5 (Manual) CHSB3C lets you upgrade to an aftermarket head unit while retaining your factory steering wheel controls. It suits listed Saab 9-3 and Saab 9-5 models fitted with a manual transmission, and the harness is fitted with a vehicle specific plug that connects directly into the existing wiring, so there is no need to cut the factory wiring harness.
This steering wheel control interface uses an analogue, patch lead type C connection and works with any SWC-compatible aftermarket head unit, provided an SWC patch lead is fitted alongside it (sold separately) to activate the controls. Installation is simplified further when paired with the optional Aerpro APP9 Headunit Secondary ISO Harness and SWC Patch Lead, which connects between the new head unit and this interface.
