The Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface to suit Honda Civic & CR-V CHHO9C lets you fit an aftermarket head unit while keeping factory steering wheel controls. It is CANBUS compatible and provides output feeds for reverse trigger, park brake, speed pulse and illumination, and on selected models it allows the vehicle's time and date settings to be adjusted via the steering wheel controls. The aftermarket head unit must be SWC compatible, and an Aerpro SWC Patch Lead Type C is required separately to enable the steering wheel control functions.
Steering Wheel Control Interface CHHO9C is fitted with a vehicle specific plug that connects directly into the existing Honda wiring, so no cutting of the factory wiring harness is required. It suits the Honda Civic 2012 to 2015 Sedan and Hatchback and the Honda CR-V 2012 to 2017 RM, with steering wheel control functions dependent on the aftermarket head unit fitted.
