The Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface to suit Audi A3, A4, A6, A8, TT, Allroad CHAD2C lets you fit an aftermarket head unit while keeping your factory steering wheel controls. It connects via an ISO non amplified, vehicle specific plug, so no cutting of the factory wiring harness is required. The harness suits the Audi A3 (2000-2003), A4 (B5, 1996-2001), A4 (B6/B7, 2001-2008), A6 (C4, 1995-1997), A6 (C5, 1997-2001), A6 (C5 Facelift, 2002-2004), A8 (D2, 1995-2003), TT (2000-2006) and Allroad (C5, 2001-2006).
An Aerpro SWC Patch Lead Type C is required alongside this interface to enable steering wheel control functions, and is sold separately. This analogue interface is not compatible with Audi vehicles fitted with OEM amplified systems, OEM navigation or CANBUS, and the aftermarket head unit must be SWC compatible for the controls to function.
