The Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface to suit Alfa Romeo, various models CHAR2C lets you fit an aftermarket head unit while keeping factory steering wheel controls. It connects directly into the existing vehicle wiring using a vehicle specific plug, so no cutting of the factory harness is required. The interface is CANBUS compatible and works with any SWC compatible aftermarket head unit.
This steering wheel control interface provides output feeds for reverse trigger, park brake, speed pulse, illumination and amp remote, and supports OEM amplifier turn-on when the blue wire is connected to the head unit. A Type C SWC patch lead is required separately to enable the steering wheel control functions, and pairing with an Aerpro APP9 Headunit Secondary ISO Harness further simplifies installation.
