The Aerpro Chime Retention Interface LCCHRC01 integrates aftermarket head units with factory systems on compatible Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles. This data interface retains essential OEM features including the factory backup camera, 3.5mm AUX-IN jack, balance and fade controls, and factory safety chimes when installing an aftermarket headunit in non-amplified models or when bypassing the factory amplifier.
The interface provides NAV outputs for park brake, reverse trigger and speed sense, and includes a pre-wired AXSWC harness so steering wheel controls can be retained when connected to an AXSWC (sold separately). It delivers 12-volt 10-amp accessory power with Retained Accessory Power (R.A.P.) functionality, and its Micro B USB port allows firmware updates to keep the interface current with new features and vehicle compatibility.
