The Aerpro 9" Multimedia Receiver To Suit Mitsubishi Triton GLX-R (2009-2012) & Challenger (2009-2011) AMDMB1 is a 9-inch touchscreen head unit kit for Mitsubishi Triton and Challenger owners. The capacitive touchscreen offers a 1024x600 resolution, wireless or wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, built-in DAB+ digital radio with AM/FM tuning and RDS, and Bluetooth V5 for hands-free calling and audio streaming. Sound is delivered through a 4 x 50W (4 ohm) amplifier, 5-channel 4V RCA preamp outputs, a 13-band EQ and time alignment, with dual rear USB ports for media playback and device charging.
Supplied as a complete head unit upgrade kit, the AMDMB1 retains the factory steering wheel controls and includes a black facia kit, steering wheel control interface harness, SWC patch lead, plastic pocket, head unit removal keys and a 720p AHD universal rear camera, along with a second camera input for a front or towing camera. The kit suits vehicles fitted with the factory W697 unit; retaining the factory 6-button red display requires a separate relocation panel (FP8013TR for Triton, FP8013CR for Challenger), and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto require the park brake wire to be connected to the park brake.
