The Aerpro 6.8" Multimedia Receiver Head Unit Kit to suit Mitsubishi Triton MQ MR (Gloss Black) AX8349K is a double DIN head unit upgrade kit for Triton owners. The 6.8 inch capacitive touchscreen displays at 1,024 x 600 resolution and runs wireless or wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, so maps, music, calls and messages are available without plugging in a phone. Built-in Bluetooth V5 with HD voice supports hands-free calling and wireless audio streaming, while dual rear USB inputs handle charging and media playback. Audio output reaches 4 x 50W max with a 13-band EQ, time alignment and subwoofer control, and 4V / 6 RCA preouts across front, rear and subwoofer channels allow an amplifier to be added later.
The kit includes a vehicle-specific installation kit for Triton MQ and MR models, with a gloss black facia kit, metal mounting frame, steering wheel control interface and universal SWC patch lead, retaining factory steering wheel controls through the Aerpro SWC adaptor. A 720P AHD surface mount reverse camera is included, and the head unit supports dual AHD camera inputs so a second front or towing camera can be added. An AM/FM tuner with RDS and 18 FM plus 12 AM presets rounds out the broadcast features.
