The Aerpro 6.8" Multimedia Receiver Head Unit Kit to suit Mitsubishi Triton & Challenger AX8013K is a complete double DIN head unit upgrade kit for these vehicles. A 6.8-inch capacitive touchscreen with 1024x600 resolution runs wireless or wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while built-in Bluetooth V5 handles hands-free calls and audio streaming through internal or external microphones. Dual rear USB ports support media playback and charging, and the AM/FM tuner with RDS covers 18 FM and 12 AM presets. Audio output reaches 4 x 50W with a 13-band EQ, time alignment and subwoofer control, and 4V/6 RCA preouts across front, rear and subwoofer channels allow amplifiers to be added later.
The kit includes a vehicle-specific installation kit for Triton and Challenger 2009-2014 models, comprising a black facia kit, metal mounting brackets, steering wheel control interface, reverse camera retention lead and universal SWC patch lead, so factory steering wheel controls are retained after fitment. A 720P AHD surface mount reverse camera is also included, giving a 150 degree field of view, and a second 720P AHD camera input is available for an additional front or towing camera.
