The Aerpro 6.8" Multimedia Receiver Head Unit Kit to suit Ford Falcon AU Series II III Black AX9240K is a complete upgrade for 2000-2002 vehicles. The 6.8" capacitive touchscreen displays 1,024 x 600 resolution and supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wirelessly or via USB, with Bluetooth V5 for hands-free calling and wireless audio streaming through internal and external microphones. Features include AM/FM tuner with RDS, dual rear USB inputs, 4 x 50W maximum power output with 13-band EQ, time alignment and subwoofer control, plus 4V/6 RCA preouts (front/rear/subwoofer) for adding an amplifier later.
The kit includes a vehicle specific installation kit with a black facia, metal mounting frame, steering wheel control interface, OEM radio removal keys and a universal SWC patch lead, so factory steering wheel controls are retained after fitment. A 720P AHD surface mount reverse camera is also included, offering a 150 degree field of view, and the head unit's dual AHD camera inputs support an additional front or tow camera connection.
