The Aerpro 9" Multimedia Receiver Head Unit Kit to suit Mitsubishi Triton & Challenger AMMB1 is a 9-inch multimedia receiver for Triton and Challenger models with W697 units. It suits Mitsubishi Triton MN GLX-R (2009-2012) and Mitsubishi Challenger PB (2009-2011) vehicles fitted with factory W697 units, and supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in both wired and wireless modes. The 9-inch capacitive touchscreen runs at 1024x600 resolution, and steering wheel controls are retained through the included SWC interface harness and patch lead. The kit also supplies a black facia kit, plastic pocket and head unit removal keys to complete the installation.
Sound comes from 25W x4 RMS power (50W x4 max) with an 8 band graphic EQ, time alignment and 4V/5CH RCA preamp outputs for adding an amplifier. Connectivity includes dual rear USB inputs, dual AHD 720P camera inputs, a rear A/V input and an AM/FM tuner with RDS, while built-in Bluetooth with an external microphone handles hands-free calls and wireless audio streaming. The receiver is also Hema Maps navigation ready with the optional Aerpro AMHXD3 navigation module.
