The Aerpro 9" Multimedia Receiver Head Unit Kit to suit Mazda 2 (2007-2011) AMMZ19 is a head unit upgrade kit for vehicles without steering wheel controls. It features a large 9 inch capacitive touchscreen with 1,024x600 resolution, and supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in both wired and wireless modes. Built in Bluetooth (version 4.2+EDR) with an included external microphone handles hands free calls and wireless audio streaming, while dual rear USB inputs provide media playback and 5V/1.5A device charging.
Sound comes from a 4 channel amplifier rated at 25W and peaking at 50W per channel, shaped by an 8 band graphic EQ, time alignment and 4V RCA preouts with a dedicated subwoofer output. An AM/FM tuner with RDS covers 18 FM and 12 AM presets, and dual camera inputs (720P AHD compatible) plus a rear A/V input support reversing and auxiliary cameras. The kit includes the AM9X multimedia receiver, a black facia kit and a wiring harness for a complete installation into the Mazda 2 DE Series 1.
Hema Maps navigation is supported with the optional Aerpro AMHXD3 navigation module, sold separately. This Mazda 2 head unit replacement requires the park brake wire to be connected for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to operate.
