The Aerpro 9" Multimedia Receiver Head Unit Kit to suit Subaru 2015-2021, AKSU4 fits a 9 inch trapezoid head unit into select Subaru models with factory navigation. It includes a black facia kit, steering wheel control interface harness, SWC patch lead, antenna adaptor, camera retention adaptor and factory USB retention harness, retaining steering wheel controls (including the phone button) and the factory reverse camera where fitted.
The install kit suits trapezoid shaped head units such as the Pioneer DMH-AP6650BT, Kenwood DMX80AXS, Alpine INE-AW409S and Aerpro AM9X, plus various Android head units, but does not suit standard DIN or double DIN radios. Pioneer CAN bus is not supported directly; steering wheel control is instead enabled via the head unit's steering wheel control with adapter menu setting. A head unit ISO harness is not included and pairs with the separately sold Aerpro APP8 Head Unit Secondary ISO Harness.
