The Aeroflow Tyre Cover 876mm AF99-3001 shields a race car's rear tyre from direct sunlight, helping maintain even tyre pressure for consistent launches. Uneven pressure between rear tyres can cause inconsistent launches and dangerous instability down the track, throwing off chassis settings, whether the car is sitting in the pits or waiting in the staging lanes. Made from durable vinyl in high-visibility yellow, the cover fits tyres up to 876mm (34-1/2") in diameter.
The tyre cover attaches either directly over the tyre for altered cars and dragsters, or via suction cups to the body panels on full-bodied cars, and is sold individually.
