The Aeroflow 200 Series Stainless Steel Braided Hose -3AN AF200-03-3MBLKC is a PTFE lined braided hose designed for brake line applications in off-road and race vehicles. Its PTFE (Teflon) inner lining is wrapped in a stainless steel braid and finished with a black PVC outer coating, giving the hose resistance to brake fluid while protecting the braid from abrasion. The -3AN hose measures 3.6mm inside diameter and 7.35mm outside diameter, and is rated to 4,000 PSI operating pressure with a 12,000 PSI burst pressure.
This 200 Series hose is compatible with Aeroflow 200 series fittings, and the black PVC coating must be trimmed back to allow the fitting socket to slide over during installation. Supplied in a 3 metre length, it is intended for off-road and race use only and is not approved for road use.
