The Aeroflow 100 Series Stainless Steel Braided Hose -8AN AF100-08-30M is a double braided stainless hose for fuel, oil and coolant lines. Constructed with a stainless steel outer braid over a reinforced chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) synthetic rubber liner with a nylon inner braid, it resists abrasion, corrosion and swelling across a -40°C to 150°C temperature range. This -8AN hose measures 11.1mm inside diameter and 15.7mm outside diameter, and is rated to 1,000 PSI operating pressure with a 5,000 PSI burst rating, suiting fuel systems, E85, methanol, oils, lubricants, coolant systems and vacuum applications.
Supplied as a 30 metre boxed length, this braided hose, also known as an AN fuel hose, lets you cut custom lengths for engine bay plumbing and fabrication work. It is not recommended for brake systems, power steering, transmissions, extreme heat areas or use inside passenger compartments due to permeation; Aeroflow's 200 Series hose and fittings suit those applications instead.
