The Aeroflow 100 Series Braided Hose -8AN 15m AF100-08-15MBLK is a double braided stainless steel hose built for fuel, oil and coolant systems. A stainless steel outer braid resists abrasion and corrosion, while a reinforced chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) synthetic rubber liner with a nylon inner braid suits fuel systems, E85, methanol, oils, lubricants, coolant systems and vacuum applications. The -8AN hose measures 11.1mm ID and 15.7mm OD, operates between -40°C and 150°C, and is rated to 1,000 PSI operating pressure with a 5,000 PSI burst rating.
This 15 metre length of braided hose suits custom fuel line and plumbing runs where extra length is needed. It is not recommended for brake systems, transmissions, power steering or use inside passenger compartments due to permeation, applications better suited to Aeroflow's 200 Series hose.
