The Aeroflow 100 Series Stainless Braided Hose -20AN 6M AF100-20-6M is a double braided stainless steel hose for performance fuel, oil and coolant systems. Constructed with a stainless steel outer braid for abrasion and corrosion resistance, it combines a reinforced chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) synthetic rubber liner with a nylon inner braid, and is suited to fuel systems, E85, E10, methanol, oils, lubricants, coolant systems and vacuum applications. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and is rated to an operating pressure of 500 PSI with a burst pressure of 2,000 PSI.
This -20AN braided hose measures 6 metres in length, with a hose inner diameter of 28.5mm and outer diameter of 35.81mm, and suits 100, 150, 500, 550 and 880 series fittings. It is not recommended for brake systems, transmissions, power steering, extreme heat areas or use inside passenger compartments due to permeation; for those applications Aeroflow's 200 series hoses and compatible fittings should be used instead.
