The Aeroflow 100 Series Braided Hose -16AN 4.5m AF100-16-4.5MBLK is a true double braided stainless steel hose for fuel, oil and coolant systems. The stainless steel outer braid resists abrasion and corrosion, while the reinforced chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) synthetic rubber liner with nylon inner braid suits fuel systems, E85, methanol, oils, lubricants, coolant systems and vacuum applications across a -40°C to 150°C temperature range. This -16AN size measures 4.5 metres in length and is rated to 750 PSI operating pressure with a 2500 PSI burst pressure, suiting high flow fuel and coolant lines in performance builds.
This braided hose is not recommended for brake systems, transmissions, power steering, extreme heat areas or use inside passenger compartments due to permeation; Aeroflow's 200 Series hose and fittings are the recommended option for these applications.
