The Aeroflow 100 Series Braided Hose -12AN AF100-12-4.5M is a true double braided stainless steel hose built with the highest quality stainless wire for fuel, oil, coolant and vacuum plumbing. A stainless steel outer braid resists abrasion and corrosion, while a reinforced chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) synthetic rubber liner with a nylon inner braid handles fuel systems, methanol, oils, lubricants, coolant systems and vacuum applications. The hose is rated from -40°C to 150°C and is suited to both street and performance applications.
This -12AN braided fuel hose measures 4.5 metres in length, with a 17.4mm inner diameter and 23.9mm outer diameter, and is rated to 1000 PSI operating pressure with a 3750 PSI burst pressure. It is not recommended for brake systems, power steering, transmissions, extreme heat areas or use inside passenger compartments due to permeation; Aeroflow's 200 Series hose and fittings are intended for those applications instead.
