The Aeroflow 100 Series Braided Hose -12AN 1 Metre AF100-12-1MBLK is a double braided stainless steel hose built for fuel, oil and coolant systems. It uses a stainless steel outer braid for abrasion and corrosion resistance over a reinforced chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) synthetic rubber liner with a nylon inner braid, and suits fuel systems, E85, E10, methanol, oils, lubricants, coolant systems and vacuum applications. It withstands temperatures from -40°C to 150°C and is rated to 1,000 PSI operating pressure with a 3,750 PSI burst pressure.
This -12AN braided hose measures 17.4mm inside diameter and 23.9mm outside diameter in a 1 metre length, finished in black for a factory-look engine bay. It is not recommended for brake systems, transmissions, power steering, extreme heat areas or use inside passenger compartments; Aeroflow's 200 Series hose and fittings suit those applications instead.
