The Aeroflow 100 Series Stainless Steel Braided Hose -10AN AF100-10-4.5M is a double braided stainless hose built for high-pressure fluid transfer in performance vehicles. It combines a stainless steel outer braid that resists abrasion and corrosion with a reinforced chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) synthetic rubber liner and nylon inner braid, suiting fuel systems, E85, methanol, oils, lubricants, coolant systems and vacuum applications. The hose operates across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 150°C and is rated to 1,000 PSI operating pressure with a 5,000 PSI burst pressure.
This -10AN braided hose measures 4.5 metres in length, giving enough reach for custom fuel line or coolant line routing in engine bays and chassis plumbing. It is not recommended for brake systems, transmissions, power steering or use inside the passenger compartment due to permeation, with Aeroflow's 200 Series hose and compatible fittings suited to those applications instead.
