Supplied in black with a 2.5mm wall thickness, the hose holds its shape under clamping without collapsing the 4mm (5/32") bore. Aeroflow builds the hose with multi-ply construction, bonding the inner core tightly to the outer layers for consistent wall strength along the full 25 foot (7.6m) roll.
The hose operates across a wide -60°C to 180°C (-75°F to 350°F) temperature range, suiting engine bay routing exposed to heat cycling. It resists harsh sunlight, dry conditions and rain water for mounting outside the cabin, though it is not recommended for use with oil or fuel.
