The Aeroflow Silicone Hose Reducer 51-38mm ID AF9201-200-150 is a straight silicone reducer that narrows hose diameter from 51mm to 38mm over a 127mm length. Also known as a silicone reducer coupler, it provides a single smooth transition between two hose sizes rather than requiring a separate adapter fitting, and is suited to performance automotive, transport and industrial plumbing runs. Multi-ply construction gives excellent ply adhesion from the inner core through to the outer layers, and the gloss black finish resists harsh sunlight, dry conditions and rain water in underbonnet or exposed installations.
This reducer operates across a wide -60°C to 180°C (-75°F to 350°F) working temperature range, making it suitable for heater, vacuum and coolant hose runs. It is not recommended for use with oil or fuel lines. The hose is supplied in retail-ready packaging that protects it and displays well on a shelf.
