The Aeroflow 180° Silicone Hose Elbow 25mm I.D. AF9206-100 is a 180-degree silicone hose elbow with a 25mm (1 inch) internal diameter for engine bay hose routing. It features a 100mm leg length on each side and a 4.5mm wall thickness, built from 4 plies for strength across the bend. A gloss black finish suits most engine bay colour schemes, and the hose is designed for heater, vacuum and turbo hose applications.
Aeroflow silicone hose is rated for a working temperature range of -60°C to 180°C, with strong ply adhesion between the inner core and outer layers for consistent performance under heat and vibration. The hose resists harsh sunlight, dry conditions and rain water, though it is not recommended for use with oil or fuel.
