The Aeroflow Oil Filter Z158 Z386 Z432 Z442 AF2296-1003 suits Holden and Toyota engines calling for a Z158, Z386, Z432, Z442 or HP-1003 equivalent filter. It uses an improved coil spring design in place of the common leaf-style spring and incorporates a CNC-machined thread for a precise fit, while an extra-thick backing plate and housing add strength against pressure surges in racing applications.
Filtration comes from a 30 micron pleated synthetic blend media with a perforated centre tube that increases flow area and reduces media wear during pleat movement, and a Buna-N rubber gasket keeps the filter compatible with most racing fuels and lubricants. A 24mm (15/16") hex release nut, drilled for lock wire, allows the filter to be removed quickly during servicing.
