The Aeroflow Non-Stick Cutting Film Kit AF98-2049 is designed to deliver a neat, frayed-free cut every time you trim Kevlar or nylon braided hose. The kit includes a 50m roll of clear non-stick cutting film that slides over the frayed cloth braid, letting you slide the socket nut over the hose before removing the tape rather than fighting the loose braid at the cut point. A 2m roll of white PE film is also included, which can be used in the same way on stainless braided hose.
This cutting film kit suits anyone building or repairing braided hose assemblies, giving a clean, consistent finish without the fraying that comes from cutting braid without protection.
Features
- 50m roll of clear non-stick cutting film for a neat cut on braided hose
- 2m roll of white PE film included for additional cutting applications
- Slides over the socket nut before removing tape, stopping the braid fraying
- Suits Kevlar and Nylon braided hose
- White PE film also suits stainless braided hose
- Removes the need to cut through frayed cloth braid with a bare socket
