The Aeroflow Steel Camshaft Thrust Plate AF463-00 is a 1045 carbon steel replacement for the factory cast iron thrust plate on Ford 302 and 351 Cleveland engines. Machined from 1045 carbon steel rather than cast iron, it is built to handle the higher camshaft end loads seen in performance applications.
The thrust plate is supplied with a raw steel finish, ready to be fitted during a camshaft or timing set installation on compatible Ford 302-351 Cleveland engines.
