The Aeroflow Billet Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator 4.5-9 PSI AF49-4500R is a billet bypass regulator designed for carburettor fuel pump systems. It features a 2-port design with 3/8" NPT female ports and maintains an adjustable 4.5-9 PSI (0.31-0.62 bar) for fuel systems running a return line to the tank. This bypass style regulator reduces load on the fuel pump, resulting in quieter operation, cooler fuel and improved fuel pump life.
The regulator is finished in red anodised and is compatible with pump fuel, E85, alcohol and diesel fuels. Aeroflow recommends this bypass fuel pressure regulator for use with carburettor fuel pumps only.
