The Aeroflow Blower Stud Kit 2.50" Total Length AF37-0602BLK is machined from aerospace-quality 6061-T6 aluminium and finished with black anodised studs and nuts for supercharger installations. In the event of a severe backfire, the studs are designed to break and allow separation of the manifold and blower, protecting the engine and blower from further damage. The kit includes anodised aluminium studs, 12-point quality steel nuts and hardened steel washers, torqued to 15ft lbs with a 7/16 UNC thread to the manifold and a 7/16 UNF thread on the nut side.
