The Aeroflow Weld-On Billet Radiator Neck 32mm I.D AF64-0032 is a billet aluminium filler neck for custom radiator and header tank fabrication. CNC machined from 6061 aluminium, it has a large diameter base that eliminates distortion when welding into the tank wall. A female 1/16” NPT thread accepts sensors and fittings, and a 4mm barb fitting is included for hose attachment.
This Aeroflow radiator neck, also called a water neck, has a 32mm I.D and raw finish, and is designed to suit small radiator caps. It gives fabricators a weldable filler point when building custom aluminium radiators or header tanks.
