The Aeroflow Aluminium Mandrel Bend 90° 127mm AF8603-500 is a 90° aluminium mandrel bend used in custom exhaust, intercooler and intake pipework. It has a 127mm (5") outside diameter, a 3.00mm (1/8") wall thickness, and a 185mm (7-9/32") leg length on each side of the bend. The mandrel-bending process keeps the pipe's internal diameter constant through the curve, avoiding the flow restriction of a crushed or kinked bend.
