The Aeroflow 90° Aluminium Mandrel Bend 70mm AF8603-275 is a universal aluminium pipe bend for intercooler, turbocharger, supercharger and intake plumbing. It measures 70mm (2-3/4″) outside diameter with a 2.03mm wall and a 140mm (5-1/2″) leg length on each side of the 90° bend, giving fabricators a mandrel-bent section that keeps a consistent bore through the curve.
Aeroflow mandrel bends are made from T6063 grade aluminium, which resists corrosion unlike coated or painted steel tube and is noticeably lighter than stainless steel pipe of the same size. The aluminium also welds cleanly, producing contaminant-free beads for a show-quality finish on custom intercooler and intake piping.
