The Aeroflow 135° Aluminium Mandrel Bend 3-1/2" AF8605-350 is a universal aluminium tube bend designed for intercooler, turbocharger, supercharger and intake piping. This mandrel bend measures 88mm (3-1/2") in outside diameter with a 2.03mm wall thickness and a 165mm leg length on each end, giving fabricators a true 135° bend for custom boost and intake pipework.
Aeroflow aluminium mandrel bends are made from T6063 grade aluminium, which will not corrode or rust like coated or painted steel pipe and is noticeably lighter than an equivalent stainless steel bend. The T6063 alloy also produces contaminant-free weld beads, helping fabricators achieve a show-quality finish when joining sections of pipe.
