The Aeroflow Aluminium 57L Fuel Cell with Sump AF85-2150AS is a 57 litre (15 gallon) aluminium fuel cell with an internal cavity and sump for consistent fuel delivery. Measuring 460mm long, 510mm wide and 260mm high, the cell is built from 3.0mm aluminium and robot welded for clean, consistent corner welds. Internal baffling keeps the fuel cell safe for use with ethanol and methanol blends, while the recessed pick-up cavity helps prevent fuel starvation at low fuel levels under high G-force.
The fuel cell features -12 ORB female fittings configured for 2 pickups and 2 returns, or 1 return and 1 rollover, and includes a 0–90 ohm fuel level sender for fuel level monitoring. A CNC billet polished alloy flush cap opens with a flip-up twist action and incorporates a 1-way air valve for controlled venting.
